 (a) Products that have been handmade and customised to order specifically for you.

 (b) You have made a spelling mistake on your order and we have already started work on your Item.


 1.10 In the unlikely event you are not delighted with your goods, please contact us via our contact page. If there is a fault with us, you can return the Item to us within 14 days of receipt, we will Issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after safe receipt of your goods.
